A Great Conversation Starter

Finding artwork for your business or office can sometimes be a headache. You want something that not only represents you, but represents your business. You want to stay clear of boring paintings people have seen variations of a million times before. A sailboat out in a dreary ocean. A scene of a child standing in a field surrounded by blurry flowers. Something abstract that makes people scratch their heads and wonder who decorated this place. You want something trendy, colorful, and maybe even something that’s going to be a conversation starter between you and a new client. Look no further than voice art.

Buckeye Entertainment is an award-winning mobile DJ and entertainment company based out of Columbus, Ohio. As a surprise, the owner’s wife thought a piece of voice art using the name of the business would be a great addition to the office, Byron was blown away. He said it is “super cool and looks great in his office.”

If you think you’d like a piece in your business, office or home, the process is quick and easy (and, dare we say, fun).

Soundwave Art First choose between the enhanced matte print or the gallery wrapped canvas. The enhanced matte print yields highly saturated images and has a performance rating of 76 years under glass. The gallery wrapped canvas is a museum-grade matte poly cotton blend and is a leader in color gamut and print permanence. Once you’ve chosen the enhanced matte print or the canvas, you choose what size you want your voice art to be. Next up: recording.

Use the microphone on your computer or laptop to record your voice for up to 10 seconds. What you say is completely up to you. It doesn’t necessarily have to be the name of your business (although, come on, how cool would that be?), but it could be any number of things. It could be your favorite inspirational quote, the name of someone who inspired you to get into your profession, the name of your top-selling product – the possibilities are endless.

Once you are done recording, review the pattern the sound of your voice has made. After that, simply choose the colors you want your voice art to be and you’re done!
