Follow these steps to record & design

• Click the record and design button to open our software
• Upload a file or record, your Soundwave will be displayed in our software
• Click the SAVE button then FINISH
• You will then be able to select your product options and check out
• We’ll email you a proof to approve before we begin production (usually within 14 hours)*

Jewelry does NOT work with our mobile app. There is no way to listen to it

*Once you approve the final design production & shipping times average 12 – 18 business days
