Shipping and Playability:
- Prints ship rolled in a tube (if you add our app feature, you will need to flatten the print for it to work properly with our app).
- Production time: 2–3 Business Days (production takes place Monday–Friday).
- Recording limit: If you add our app feature to play your art, the limit is 3 minutes. There is no time limit if you don't make your art playable.

- We recommend using a frame with non-glare glass if you intend to use our app to play your art.
