We ship orders in line with the carrier’s estimated delivery windows but we do need time for production. Delays experienced by a carrier are beyond our control. We can’t promise that delays won’t happen. Thank you for understanding and placing your orders as early as you can. We appreciate your business!
IMPORTANT: When using our full design software you see exactly what your art looks like. When you checkout you have the option to see another proof or send it into production. Requesting another proof adds on average 1 day of production time. The second proof is the exact same image you just designed so it is not necessary unless you just want peace of mind.
Some of our products require that we design the art for you so you will need to wait up to 14 hours for a proof. It’s extremely important that you approve your order as quickly as possible. Keep an eye on your spam folder.
