We do our absolute best to create, produce, and ship your order as quickly as possible. If you are wanting your order in time for Christmas please place your order as early as possible. We ship your orders in line with the carrier’s estimated delivery windows but we do need time for production. Delays experienced by a carrier are beyond our control. IMPORTANT: When you place your order keep an eye on your spam folder, you will receive a proof for production within 14 hours of placing your order. It’s extremely important that you approve your order as quickly as possible. If you order a pre-designed piece of art those still need to be printed, packaged, and shipped so those will not arrive any quicker than a custom order. They still fall in line with our order cutoff dates.
